About EGAI

We are pleased to invite you to attend the 3rd International Conference on Evolutionary Game Theory and Artificial Intelligence (EGAI 2025), which will be held in Hangzhou, China during July 17 – 19, 2025. EGAI 2025 is hosted by the Hangzhou International Innovation Institute (H3I) of Beihang University, and organized by the School of Artificial Intelligence at Beihang University.
As the first international conference bridging evolutionary dynamics and intelligent systems, EGAI has been successfully held twice since its inception in 2023.

    Day 1 is reserved for check-in and registration. Attendees can sign in and collect materials at the reception desk, which will also remain open on Day 2 and Day 3. A package including the conference handbook, official notice, name badge, and souvenirs will be provided.
    Lunch will be served at the dining hall every noon from Day 2 to Day 3. Dinner will be served at the dining hall every evening from Day 1 to Day 3.

    • Submission Deadline: July 10, 2025
  • Participants are required to register via the online payment service.
    • If you require an invoice, please fill in your information in the registration form.
    • Your registration can be confirmed via the provided link and the invoice will be sent to you within four weeks.
  • Authors are required to submit a full paper or a poster via EasyChair.
    • Papers must present unpublished work. Posters may feature either unpublished work or research published within the last year.
    • Accepted full papers and posters will be presented in oral and display formats.
    • Templates for both papers and posters can be downloaded here.
  • Presentations will be evaluated for awards.
    • All accepted submissions will be included in the conference proceedings.
    • Outstanding presenters will be invited to contribute to the special issue of a Springer Nature Journal.
