Submit your poster through EasyChair before the August 2 deadline.

Showcase & Vote

3:00 – 4:30 PM

Posters are displayed and attendees vote to shortlist the Best Poster candidates.

Aug 10

Best Poster Defense

2:00 – 3:00 PM

Shortlisted candidates defend their work, and the Best Poster is selected.

Best Poster Award

Selected through audience voting and a live defense session.

¥2,000 CNY cash prize
